Art Challenge (6th-12th Grade) In-Person

Get creative with monthly art challenges that push your imagination and give you something unique to take home. Each month features a different technique or project, from squeegee paint cards and pressed flower bookmarks to DIY mini zines. All supplies are provided. Open to teens in grades 6–12. No experience necessary, just bring your creativity. This program encourages self-expression, hands-on learning, and artistic experimentation.

What to Expect

  1. Welcome and expectations 
  2. Introduction to the month's art technique (5-10 minutes) 
  3. Guided creation time (30-45 minutes depending on the project)
  4. Optional decorations and finishing touches 
  5. Clean up
